Adult Christian Formation

Join us on Sundays at 9:15 am.  Did you know that this gathering each Sunday morning is the only time each week where the parishioners from the 8:00AM and 10:30AM services get to see each other? Adults, join us every Sunday morning at 9:15AM in Sandefur Hall for fellowship, building new relationships, and stimulating Biblical topics of discussion, learning, and growth.
We hope to see you there!

Men’s Council

The purpose of this council is to be open to the mystery of the Spirit and to explore and deepen our spiritual journey as individuals and in community. A method known as the Way of Council — a communal contemplative practice — is used and affirms the importance of listening and speaking from the heart within a circle of men. All men are welcome and invited. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month (unless noted otherwise) from 5:30 pm –7:00 pm in the CtK Library. Our next two gatherings will be on Wednesday Sept 11th and September 25th. Please consider joining us. Please contact John French at (850) 420-9803 or jcfrench3@icloud.com with any questions.

Men’s Breakfast & Bible Study

There are two parts to our Friday morning men’s breakfast.  The first is enjoying good food, fellowship, and connection with each other.  The second is spending time together in the holy scriptures, usually with only a few verses at a time each week.  Currently, we are studying the Gospel According to Matthew.  This is a “no stress Bible study”.  All men are welcome regardless of your experience, knowledge, or familiarity with the Bible (or lack thereof).  You can ask questions, make statements, or just listen.  Come join us!  We meet every Friday morning from 8:00am until about 9:15/9:30am in CTK Sandefur Hall.  Did we mention that the breakfast is real tasty?  Contact Darold Smith at aristacraft@yahoo.com / 850-598-7747 for more info.

Parents Bible Study

Every Monday morning at 8:15am in The Parlor beginning 10/21, we will be studying Dane Ortland’s “Gentle and Lowly” book. Christians know what Jesus Christ has done—but who is he? What is his deepest heart for his people, weary and faltering on their journey toward heaven? Jesus said he is “gentle and lowly in heart.” This book reflects on these words, opening up a neglected yet central truth about who he is for sinners and sufferers today.
